Our workplace is fast-paced, challenging and supportive, where every employee plays a critical role in our success. The Research Support Unit at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Clinical Trials Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your opportunity To provide clinical nursing services for participants in the conduct, implementation and project management of a variety of pharmaceutical and biotechnology clinical trials in the Mackay HHS.The position will require completion of Good Clinical Practice competency, recruitment of participants to the research project including providing information and consent, and data entry of clinical tool questionnaires.About our Hospital and Health Service Mackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,700 staff.
The district covers an area of approximately 90,000 km² and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine and Sarina.
