(will be advantageous).Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and build strong working relationships.Good understanding of how a service department operatesMust understand the warranty guidelines and processComprehensive Understanding of Parts SalesAppropriate demeanor for communicating with customers at a senior level and providing a professional service.Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse systems (will be advantageous).Ability to work under pressure and independentlyAbility to upsell parts and potential service salesWell-developed numeracy, written and oral communication skills.Ready to get started?
