Join Smarter Communities as a Branch Manager and be at the forefront of our mission to build smarter, more connected communities.With a 'customer first' approach, you'll oversee our operations in Southern Sydney with a focus on delivering excellence in customer service, as well as customer retention, growth and satisfaction.
In addition, you will be a driving force that furthers a positive workplace culture, and coaches the team so they can excel in their role.What you will be doing:Business growth: Work closely with the business development team to grow and attract new customersFinancial growth: Grow the business in line with agreed financial targetsFinancial management: Manage profit and loss for the Sutherland branchCustomer retention: Develop and implement customer retention strategies that lead to positive outcomesCustomer satisfaction: Increase customer satisfaction results and engage with key clients to understand customer journeys and experienceEscalation & Resolution: Play an active role in escalated matters and resolve with a positive outcomeRisk management: Manage the risk register and employ tactics to mitigate identified riskEfficiency & Compliance: Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to and that systems are used correctlyTeam Development: Lead, engage and develop a high-performing teamCommunication & Change management: Facilitate regular and clear communication as well as change management activities that lead to continuous improvementWhat you need to bring to the role:Background and/or qualifications in strata management or related field such as Real Estate, Property management, Asset management etc.Demonstrated people leadership experienceStrong financial management skills and a track record of delivering against KPIsExcellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.What's in it for you?Professional growth: Ongoing training and development opportunitiesWork-life balance: Birthday leave and the ability to purchase additional leave.About Smarter Communities:Smarter Communities is one of the largest community management companies in Australia.
