As our highly valued Branch Manager based in Castle Hill , your role will provide support and serve the local community as the first point of contact for our customers and their retail banking needs.
You'll make an impact by: Your exceptional leadership skills, strong business development abilities, and community connections to drive growth for our retail business.
With proven success in a sales leadership role and a track record of managing teams effectively, you will lead by example and be hands-on with our customers and community.
Additionally, your experience in branch operations, risk management, and performance management will be crucial in achieving real commercial results.
Key responsibilities of a Branch Manager include: Customer Service: Ensuring that customers have a positive experience when they visit the branch, addressing complaints, resolving issues, and answering questions.
Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies, managing cash flow, and supervising staff.
Sales and Business Development: Developing and implementing strategies to grow the bank's business, identifying new opportunities, building relationships with customers, and developing marketing and sales campaigns.
Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising branch staff, ensuring employees are properly trained, motivated, and performing effectively.
Overall, a Branch Manager plays a critical role in the success of a bank branch by ensuring efficient operations, excellent customer service, and generating revenue and growth opportunities.
