Be part of Bendigo Bank.About the roleThe Branch Manager will be responsible for building the strategic plan to gain market share for the localised area.
You will spend a large portion of your time utilising your business development skills to build long-term connections with local community groups, stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities for the Branch.It is a vital leadership role within the Community Bank team and broader branch network.
It is an all-rounder role, with a broad range of commercial, operational and leadership responsibilities and accountabilities.This position is located at Community Bank Mukinbudin.
The role is full time.The Community Bank encourages applications from candidates willing to relocate to the town and will contribute up to $4000.00 in relocation costs, and can provide a home in the local town (furnished or unfurnished), with subsidised rent at only $100.00 per week.
Please note that Mukinbudin is a 3.5 hour drive from Perth and therefore not commutable from the city.About youYou will have:Understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk frameworkKnowledge of Branch operations and ideally experience in branch customer service and personal lendingNatural leadership instincts and used to being the go-to person for training and troubleshooting in your team.
