Here, every day presents a new opportunity to elevate the standard of dental care and drive improvement of the oral and general health of the Australian public, at a national level.About the roleAs our General Manager, Corporate Services, you'll be leading a team providing finance, administration, and technology services to the ADA. This is an essential leadership position working closely with the Board to support our strategic plan, provide data and analysis to inform decision making and contribute to ADA's future sustainability.In your new role you'll:Lead a team managing the finance, administration, facilities management, and IT services for ADA.Manage the ADA's financial position and investment portfolio, ensure accounting standards are met, and reporting and analysis meet our needs.Work closely with selected ADA committees to ensure governance requirements are met and to support informed decision making.Work with a range of stakeholders including the Board and Committees, vendors, service providers, regulators, and ADA state branches to ensure ADA meets its compliance obligations and delivers the outcomes our members expect.Manage our risk framework and reporting program.Oversee information technology strategy, security, and infrastructure to ensure our systems are fit for purpose.Develop and implement a procurement process and framework to support the selection and delivery of services to ADA and its members.Manage the capital works plan to optimise the use of assets and funds.What you'll bring:A successful track record in a similar role, preferably in a membership association.Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills and experience.A robust understanding of operational accounting and information technology.Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (Business, Accounting).The ability to think strategically and translate strategy to action.A commitment to and demonstrated success in continuous process improvement.Sound analytical skills and the ability to guide data-driven decision making.We'd love it if you already have:Experience implementing and embedding risk frameworks.Agility and experience leading change or transformation programs.Skills in project management governance and delivery.The ability to build and enhance capability to meet future needs.This role offers you the opportunity to balance strategy and action and to see the impact of your work directly on the ADA and our members.Ready to apply?Applications close soon so send us a cover letter and your CV by selecting "Apply" now.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Corporate Services General Manager?How many years of people management experience do you have?Do you have experience working in the not-for-profit sector?What's your expected annual base salary?What's your highest level of education?
