As a result of continued growth in business in Australia, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our operations team in Gladstone.
OPERATIONS OFFICER
This exciting opportunity with a leading shipping agency exists and the successful applicant will be responsible for all facets of vessel operations, including:
Attending to vessels and Master's requirements.
Preparation of ships and cargo documentation.
Liaison with relevant port authorities and service providers.

This full-time role for an Operations Officer will be reporting to the Port Manager.

Have an MSIC or be eligible to apply Have a Valid Driver's Licence Be Computer Literate Have good accuracy and attention to detail Have good communication skills (verbal and written) Be team oriented Candidates will need to be flexible with working hours as there is a requirement to work weekends, public holidays, and times outside of usual office hours.
Experience within the Ship Agency business is preferred but not essential; training will be provided to the right motivated candidate.
