About the position
Priceworth Furniture is now on the hunt for an Office and Operations Assistant to join our company.
Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries and managing shipping documentation while conducting themselves in ways consistent with the G.I.F.T values of Growth, Integrity, Focus, and Teamwork.

Job Description
Comply and maintain records of business transactions and office activities within the assigned area.
Provide exceptional value-adding and customer service to internal and external parties, assisting with customer queries and providing timely resolutions.
Escalate or refer any unresolved actions to your manager in a timely manner.
Ensure accuracy in all documentation including spreadsheets, appointments, and bookings as required.
Process data and documentation accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring emails are responded to effectively.
Provide general administration support to the relevant operations team as required.
Collaborate with other teams on assigned projects.
Comply with reasonable instructions provided by your manager.
Take inventory and order office supplies as needed.
Update logs and order forms.
Analyze operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
Ensure products are accurate, labelled correctly, and delivered on time.
Optimize inventory and processes within the warehouse.
Report damage or losses.
Update the system and documentation on stock movements.
Prepare documentation and inventory for audits.
Maintain documents and update compliance records.
Assist with improvement initiatives or projects within operations.
Investigate discrepancies or issues involving deliveries.

Strong focus and commitment to quality, compliance, and accuracy requirements.
High level of interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Demonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments with the ability to set realistic goals, problem-solve, and establish work priorities.
Ability to work hands-on in the warehouse as well as perform administrative tasks.
Ability to build strong business relationships.
Organized with a continuous improvement mindset.
