We are seeking a passionate and guest-obsessed Assistant Front Office Manager who has experience in a similar role to join our dynamic team.
Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, and supporting our front office team.

Job Description
As our Assistant Front Office Manager, you will support:
Assisting the Front Office Manager in managing a team of Front Office professionals, ensuring guest experience is at the forefront at all times.
Developing, maintaining, and implementing standard operating procedures for the Department.
Training & developing your team members, taking pride in their successes.
Participating in the recruitment of new team members.
Qualifications
You'll truly shine in this role with:
Previous experience in a similar role with proven success.
Motivation to take your career to the next level.
A 'can-do' attitude and a genuine passion for guest experience.
A coaching & mentoring mindset to support your team's growth & performance.
Experience with OPERA PMS highly advantageous.
This is a hands-on role, in a supportive and close-knit team environment.
You will assist in managing your team and be exposed to all facets of the Hotel operation as you work closely with other Departments within the Hotel.
