About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our franchise, ensuring we deliver exceptional homes and outstanding customer service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your leadership expertise and passion for the building industry to make a significant impact on our business.
You'll be based in our office in Dural, working closely with the Franchise Owners and the administrative, estimating and construction teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive profitability.
You'll play a key role in optimising pre-construction and construction workflows, managing budgets, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Experienced Leader: You have a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, ideally within the construction industry.
Operational Excellence: You have a strong understanding of operational processes and a knack for optimising workflows and improving efficiency.
Construction Management Expertise: You possess in-depth knowledge of construction management principles, techniques, and best practices.
Financial Acumen: You possess strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and analysis.
Excellent Communicator: You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build rapport, provide clear direction, and resolve issues effectively.
Problem Solver & Decision Maker: You can identify challenges, analyse solutions, and make informed decisions that drive positive outcomes.
