The primary purpose of the position is to supervise and lead a team of Care Organisers whose responsibilities include coordinating the service delivery of Uniting AgeWell Home Care programs.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and effectively.Allocate tasks and responsibilities based on team members' strengths and workloads.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse team performance metrics.Prepare reports for management on team performance, challenges, and opportunities.Identify areas for improvement in workflows and implement best practices.Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained by the team.Ensure that the team follows company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Develop working instructions and processes for smoother delivery of services.Monitor and evaluate operational processes.Identify training and coaching opportunities and support individual professional development.Contribute to continuous improvement.Work closely with workforce to ensure rosters are at capacity.About you:This is the place for you if you have:Proven leadership experience in scheduling and customer service.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker and problem solver.Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.Experience within the aged care sector.Thrive in a team and also appreciate one-to-one interactions.Commitment to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust).Essentials for working in Aged Care:A current Working With Children Check card.Current and ongoing flu vaccinations.Australian working rights.Ability to pass a national police clearance or NDIS clearance.Make a positive difference in your community – apply nowAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply for this role.For more information please contact the Recruitment Team at .
