We're growing quickly, and we're looking for driven Business Development Representatives to help us expand our reach in the market.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Work closely with potential and existing enterprise clients to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can meet their business needs.Technical Expertise: Present and articulate complex software solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Solution Customization: Collaborate with the sales and product teams to tailor product demonstrations and proposals to meet specific client requirements.Support Sales Cycle: Partner with Account Executives during the sales process, providing in-depth product knowledge and addressing technical questions to drive successful outcomes.Proof of Concept (POC): Manage POC implementations to showcase the platform's capabilities and secure client buy-in.Training & Enablement: Assist in onboarding new clients and provide ongoing training to ensure seamless adoption and usage of the platform.Feedback Loop: Collect and communicate client feedback to the product and development teams to contribute to continuous product improvement.Qualifications: You don't have to tick every boxExperience: 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar role, ideally with complex SaaS or enterprise software.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software architecture, integrations, and enterprise-level solutions.Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with the capability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly understand client requirements and provide effective solutions.Collaboration: Team-oriented, able to work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success.Business Acumen: Strong understanding of client business drivers and ability to articulate the value of our solutions in context.Why Join Us:Hybrid Work Model: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement, balancing in-office and remote work.Professional Development: Gain access to world-class training programs and develop your expertise in solution consulting.Innovative Environment: Join a team that values creativity, continuous improvement, and making a real impact on workplace safety.Supportive Leadership: Work with experienced leaders who prioritize your growth and success.Application Process:If you think that you are the person for the job, apply and contact Cameron Morgan via LinkedIn.
