Their dedication to operational excellence and forward-thinking technology makes them a leader in the industry.What you will be doingAs an Administration and Customer Service Officer, you will join a collaborative and detail-oriented team, playing a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer interactions.
Your responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service, managing bookings, addressing inquiries and supporting the team with various administrative tasks.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate data management, on-time communication, and first-class service delivery.What you will needTo succeed in this role, you will bring experience in fast-paced office environments and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
