Customer Service Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, based in our Nundah - Brisbane.As the customer service officer, you will be part of our dynamic team, providing a high level of customer service assisting in sales administration, service & repair and telephone support.
You will be liaising with a variety of areas within the business including sales & marketing, stores, dispatch, and production to provide our customers with the exceptional service they have come to expect.You will be working 38hrs per week rostered Monday – Friday.Start finish times are between 8am to 5pm (8hrs/day with 30 min break).Main Duties and Responsibilities:Reviewing, clarifying & processing sales ordersCustomer liaison & support (phone and email) of a non-technical natureInvoicing & generation of dispatch documentsRegistration of Hearing Aid orders into and out of the databaseNotifying customers of production/repairs updatesGeneration of proforma invoices when requiredGeneration of credit notesMail outs and other assistance to the Sales and Marketing Department as requiredTo be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:Experience working with a high-volume call deskComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to deal with people at all levelsPositive attitude and flexible approachPatience and compassionSound knowledge of MS Office productsStrong prioritisation, time management, and organisational skillsAbility to problem solve and make decisionsAbility to work autonomously and within a teamWhat's in it for you:Be a part of a fast-growing global business that offers best in class hearing careMyRewards program – a program that offers discounts to more than 300 retailers and services across Australia.Wellbeing centre – an online platform that offers a countless number of online workouts, meditations, nutritional and financial advice – everything you need to live a healthier and happier lifeEmployee Assistance ProgramBirthday and Christmas giftsAbout DemantDemant is a world-leading hearing healthcare group that offers solutions and services to help people with hearing loss connect and communicate with the world around them.
