We're tasked with finding a Project Manager & Senior Civil Engineers - DIDO -Western Downs Region.
Multiple Positions Available: 1 Project Manager, 2x Senior Engineers.

We're looking for key people who are keen to lead, manage, and mentor a team to consistently deliver to a high standard.
Fostering a cohesive and positive team culture is an important part of the gig.

The roles are pivotal to the company, and hopefully also for you.
We're looking for doers who prefer action over bureaucracy.
If you're tired of corporate politics and want to focus on getting things done, this role could be your perfect match.

You'll be joining a lean, dynamic team big enough to have large, high-profile clients, small enough it's up close and personal.
You'll be reporting to the company directors.

Core Responsibilities:
Cost and schedule control management Resource allocation and quality assurance Safety plan implementation and compliance Stakeholder relationship management Risk assessment and mitigation Team leadership and professional development Must-Have Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering Project Management experience (or extensive time as an understudy supporting Senior Project Engineer) Mining or gas sector background Australian work rights (citizenship, PR, or unrestricted visa) Ability to work DIDO (Drive-In-Drive-Out) roster Proven track record in remote environments What Makes You Right for This Role:
