We are working closely with our respected clients with exciting opportunities for Site & Project Engineers to join one of their rewarding projects on a full time permanent basis.
Our clients specialise in urban development, infrastructure and remediation projects locally in Brisbane.

The companies have an enviable reputation for delivering complex projects on time, with an impeccable safety record, to the highest quality standards, and with due respect paid to environmental and cultural considerations, and to local communities.

Salary will be dependent on experience from $90k-$150k + Super + vehicle.

Key role tasks:
Plan, design, document and manage construction activities and processes; Implement and monitor the project program in respect to engineering services; Implement measures to sustain and improve the performance of your team to deliver effective and efficient work outcomes; Manage and monitor resources for the project; Develop and foster effective and regular communication with the Project Team including suppliers and clients; Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with the Quality Assurance, Environmental Management and Safety Management Plans and other relevant standards and legislation; Complete reporting requirements for financial, operating and survey needs of the site; Comply with health and safety requirements and promote a work environment which reflects this behaviour; Key capability requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field are essential; Practical knowledge in investigation, design and construction of civil works; Well-developed communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal); Ability to develop and maintain a safe workplace and environment for employees, contractors and visitors; Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and promote cohesive teamwork; Personal flexibility to operate in a dynamic work environment.
