As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, care, and intervention.
Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, you will deliver clinical leadership, promote preventative healthcare, and drive quality service delivery.Further Details Starting January 2025Permanent, full-time position based in regional NSWCompetitive salary package dependent on experienceWork within a supportive and collaborative team environment that values your expertiseContribute to initiatives that improve the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal communitiesAccess opportunities for professional growth and developmentKey ResponsibilitiesDelivering clinical care within your Nurse Practitioner scope of practice.Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care.Educating the community on preventative health measures.Leading clinical improvements and contributing to strategic health initiatives.Selection CriteriaCurrent unrestricted registration with AHPRANational Crime Check within the past 12 monthsCurrent Working with Children's CheckAdvanced clinical experience in assessing and treating illnesses, injuries, and promoting healthDemonstrated clinical problem-solving skills and leadership capabilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsUnderstanding of legislative obligations and health regulationsFamiliarity with accreditation processes and RACGP Standards (desirable)Knowledge of cultural issues affecting Aboriginal health and practice (desirable)Must have full working rights for Australia (i.e.
