About the Role The Assistant Manager will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Moore Park store while maintaining the high standards of customer service and product presentation that the brand is known for.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist in leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, ensuring that all customer needs are met with expert advice and product knowledge.
You will be responsible for driving store sales, managing inventory, overseeing visual merchandising, and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for home decor and a commitment to creating a welcoming and engaging store environment.
Key Skills and Experience Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role, preferably within home decor, furniture, or lifestyle retail.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable shopping experiences.
A good understanding of visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect the brand's aesthetic.
Experience with inventory management and stock control processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both customers and team members.
Goal-oriented with the ability to drive sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
A passion for home decor and an eye for design, with a keen interest in the latest trends in interior design.
