A new opportunity exists for a professional and driven team member to join the Applied Medical team as a Field Operations Coordinator, on a full-time permanent capacity.

About this role: Internally known as a Field Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing professional, efficient and timely administration support to the company's internal and external Field Operations team as required in line with organisational requirements.
Your responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support to Field Operations team and representativesSupport and facilitate all operational inputs of field events, activities, conferences and workshops aligned with timeframes, budgets and expectationsEnsure both internal and external stakeholders receive excellent, timely advice, guidance and serviceSupport processes related to field requests and initiativesCreate and monitor surgeon agreementsEstablish campaigns for workshops and tradeshowsManage shared calendar for approved eventsFacilitate event coordination and meetings, liaising with various external vendorsSupport business travel procedures, solutions and activitiesReview, coordinate and facilitate field inventory management - create quotations & evaluations for process orders of stock and ensure stock and inventory is replenishedProvide operational support to Customer Relations team as and when requiredOrder, compile and print certificates, flyers, event agendas, brochures and any stationery necessary for meetings, events, trade shows, training and workshopsWorking within and actively promoting Applied's corporate strategies, policies, procedures and code of conductPerform additional duties and responsibilities as required by LeadershipAbout You: Experience in Administration/office management and coordination in a Field Operations environment (preferred but not essential)Previous use of SAP in a similar environment (preferred but not essential)Demonstrated experience providing customer service to a Field Operations team in either a medical or healthcare environment (preferred but not essential)High level of computer literacy working with MS Office Suite and data management software, taking a proactive approach to learning on the jobAbility to work flexibly with various work demands within a fast-paced environmentExcellent planning and organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrated ability to be task-focused, work with limited supervision and display excellent time management skills, drive and ability to prioritise multiple tasksExcellent professional written and oral communication skillsAbility to take initiative, problem solve with confidence and maturityEnjoy collaborating in a small team and build rapport with various internal & external stakeholdersWhy Applied Medical?
