What does the job look like? Linfox's Intermodal business unit is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the team located in Acacia Ridge QLD. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for providing support in line with the business expectations to both the operation and administration teams. We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity available working Tuesday to Saturday, starting from 6am and finishing at 2pm. Key areas:
Communicate with drivers and other 3rd parties to ensure that all work is completed for the day in line with customer expectations and safety/compliance guidelines.Maintain accurate documentation and records related to manifests, delivery schedules and compliance.Track loads end to end including prior to the timeslot, whilst the driver is on site, and confirming that the dispatch or delivery has been completed.Develop and maintain strong lines of open communication with all stakeholders to ensure the intermodal operations can serve the customers effectively.Are you the one?
