Become an integral part of a Marketing team that fosters collaboration and supportLocated at our Keysborough campus with free on-site parkingJoin a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that encourages growth and learningHaileybury is excited to welcome you to the Marketing team in a full-time, ongoing capacity, where you will contribute to a key business unit responsible for delivering our strategic marketing, communications, including all digital advertising and engagement, and design activities across all our campuses including Melbourne, Darwin, and Haileybury Pangea online school.Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to be part of the development and execution of a variety of digital marketing campaigns and work with a thriving marketing team to ensure we remain relevant, engaging and grow the Haileybury brand.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and plan digital marketing strategies across Haileybury's digital platforms including website, social media channels, digital marketing media and ad channels to maximise both brand and tactical campaignsDevelop social media strategies and plans across paid, earned and owned media to produce strong outcomes and brand excellenceApplying digital analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and continue to grow the digital footprint to ensure the Haileybury brand and the digital experience are world class within the education sectorHave an understanding in brand strategy and find innovative ways of bringing a strong digital presence across an end-2-end customer journey experience that is consistent in above-the-line and below-the-line activitiesCollaborate with agencies, internal and external stakeholders to ensure all relevant bodies are taken on the digital journeyEvaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and recommendations for adoption where appropriateAbout YouWe are looking for a team player who brings the following skills and experience:2+ years' experience working in a digital media environmentExperience leading SEO/SEM, CRM, Social Media, Programmatic and Content driven campaignsAn understanding in website architecture across web development and website enhancementKnowledge of digital analytics tools and digital programs (e.g., Google Analytics) and providing recommendations for improving performanceExperience in developing and optimising Google AdWords campaignsAbility to drive social media best practice and standardise regulatory behaviours and user postingIf this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply to join the team at Haileybury where we aim to create a supportive culture and learning environment that fosters both academic achievement and personal growth for our staff and students.About HaileyburyHaileybury's vision is to be recognised as a great world school.
