Your Contribution Development of strategic marketing plans, identifying customer needs and market opportunities Collaboration with management, sales, and product development to align strategies with product and business goals Development and implementation of cross-channel marketing plans to achieve revenue targets Continuous improvement of website presence Establishment and monitoring of KPIs with data-driven optimization Collaboration with SCHOTT marketing units for company-wide initiatives Your Profile Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Life Sciences 5+ years of Business to Business (B2B) marketing experience in the life sciences industry Proven experience in developing marketing strategies for scientific products Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools Proficient in CRM systems, Google Analytics, and MS Dynamics A self-starter with a proactive approach, thriving in dynamic environments Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate corporate structures and collaborate effectively across global teams Please feel free to contact us You can expect interesting tasks and challenging projects, as well as motivated and friendly teams in fields that influence our future.
