An exciting and rare opportunity for a Senior Electronics Engineer has become available to join our Sustaining Engineering team.
You will report to the Sustaining Engineering manager and bring your subject matter expertise to lead electronics engineering projects on new and existing medical device products.
Lead electronics supplier quality and sustaining engineering activities in support of Nanosonics Manufacturing (in-house and external).
Electronics design owner of existing Nanosonics products Lead projects and engineering activities to support manufacturing Collaborate cross functionally to implement product improvements Provide rapid response to supplier, production and field issues to ensure supply continuity Identify, manage and communicate electronics design improvement projects Identify design and process issues, identify root cause, and implement solutions What you will bring
You will be a solutions-focussed electronics engineer with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement.
You'll also be a collaborative and influential communicator with a passion for exceptional customer outcomes.
Minimum bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent Minimum 5 years' experience working in a sustaining function in med tech or pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry Demonstrated experience in product development and design changes Experience in delivering solutions that follow DFM, DFMA and Lean Manufacturing principles Exceptional interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills About Nanosonics
