Service Technician

WA Commercial Appliances is seeking a talented and experienced Service Technician to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.
As a Full-time Service Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of commercial food equipment, ensuring our customers' operations run smoothly.
This is a highly varied and rewarding role within a growing company that is committed to providing exceptional service.
What you'll be doing Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair a wide range of commercial food equipment, including dishwashers, ovens, fryers, grills etc.Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing to keep equipment running efficiently.Carry out repairs/servicing at the customers premises as well as in our well-equipped workshop in Maddington.Provide professional, friendly and responsive customer service to resolve client issues in a timely manner.Maintain detailed records of all service work and recommend equipment replacement or upgrades when required.Work closely with the Operations team to ensure effective coordination of service activities.Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies and best practices.What we're looking for Qualifications in Electrical, Commercial Catering Equipment Servicing (Minimum requirement Disconnect/Re-Connect Electrical Licence).Hands-on experience as a Commercial Food Equipment Service Technician.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to fault-finding.Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and provide technical guidance.A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently to complete tasks to a high standard.A current driver's licence and ability to travel to client sites as required.What we offer Competitive salary and incentive-based bonuses.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Company vehicle, phone, iPad and uniform provided.Flexible work arrangements to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Opportunities for career progression within a growing organisation.About us WA Commercial Appliances is a leading provider of commercial food equipment sales, installation and repair services in Western Australia.
