DescriptionThe Role As an Account Director, you will oversee and expand a portfolio of clients, ensuring their risk management and insurance broking needs are effectively addressed.
Your role will involve nurturing existing client relationships, pursuing new business development opportunities, and supporting the overall growth of the portfolio.
You will also be responsible for meeting corporate budget and growth objectives while providing senior-level service to clients.
Key responsibilities include the following:
Implement and review client service delivery including holistic discussions on risk and retention strategies as well as multiple tier client contact for all qualifying accountsObtain formal client feedback annually for all qualifying accountsLeverage best practice from across WTW to deploy within the teamRepresent the voice of the client both internally and within the teams when decisions are made regarding process, approach and future strategyEnsure that every client has an agreed service plan and that client advocates implement every aspect of the planPro-actively meet the annual new business targetInvolvement in selected new business exercises and major projectsGeneration and participation in new business opportunities that contribute to the continued growth of the teamMaintain and develop a strong relationship with insurersApply WTW Client Service protocols and compliance procedures QualificationsThe Requirements Tier 1 Insurance Broking QualificationPreferably degree qualifiedExtensive Insurance broking and or industry experienceProven technical skills in coverage and wording reviewExcellent understanding and technical proficiency of claims management processesExperience with the placement and servicing of complex and multinational clientsAttainment of all regulatory licenses, permissions, and technical or other requirements applicable under local legislation Why Join WTW?
