Respond to incidents and alarm activations with a strategic security-focused approach.Interpersonal Skills: Maintain frequent communication with residents and visitors, offering assistance and ensuring their peace of mind.Personal Presentation: Demonstrate a high level of personal presentation and professionalism in all interactions.Initiative: Proactively identify and address potential security issues before they escalate.Commitment: Show unwavering dedication to the safety and security of the community and its residents.Skills & Experience Requirements: Licences and Certifications: Hold a current SA Security Officers Licence, full SA Driver's License, and valid First Aid Certificate.Training: Full training specific to patrols provided for successful candidates.Work Rights: Must have full Australian work rights.Preferred Experience: Patrol experience is advantageous but not necessary.Fitness and Character: Physical and mental fitness, good character, and ability to communicate in a collaborative team environment.Competency: Basic skills in Mathematics & English.
