About the Role
Mobile Crane Division of Liebherr Australia is seeking an experienced, professional and customer focused Service Manager. Based in our Dandenong branch reporting to National Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day service operations and will lead an experienced team servicing our customers throughout Victoria and Tasmania. This dynamic role is suited for someone with experience in the crane, heavy vehicle, or fleet maintenance industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage Service team and workload.Provide advice and guidance to technicians and customers.Manage financial responsibilities for the Service department (P&L and WIP).Maintain and develop long-standing professional relationships with new and existing customers.Coordination of warranty and product improvement works.Coaching and development of Service Team.Ensure behaviour is consistent with business values and expectations.About YouTechnical experience with Liebherr Mobile Cranes an advantage but not essential.Certificate IV Leadership and management (desirable).Proven experience in a mechanical repair and service environment.Previous management or team leadership experience.Trade qualifications in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline.A current driver's licence.Flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.Good communication and negotiation skills.How to ApplyPlease apply via the link below.
