The Role
As an Account Manager in Victoria, you'll be at the forefront of driving exceptional client relationships and helping healthcare businesses thrive.
Your focus will be on ensuring clinic success, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering stellar customer experiences.
This role offers you the chance to be a strategic partner, a trusted advisor, and a problem solver—all while working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
What You'll Do
Build Relationships: Develop and nurture trusted partnerships with clinic owners and managers to understand their needs and drive their success.
Consult and Advise: Provide expert insights and recommendations tailored to each clinic's goals, leveraging Fresh Clinics' innovative products and services.
Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services and improve outcomes for your clinics while meeting individual and team targets.
Solve Problems: Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing challenges and delivering solutions quickly and effectively.
Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Support, to ensure the best possible client outcomes.
We're seeking someone who:
Thrives in building long-lasting, customer-centric relationships.
Has strong communication and influencing skills.
Is proactive, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets.
Has a proven track record in account management, sales, or customer success.
Ideally has experience in SaaS, healthcare, or a related industry (but it's not essential).
