We currently have opportunities for Claims Service Officers in our Melbourne office, who will be responsible for ensuring that we meet the expectation of our internal and external Allianz Workers Compensation customers.
You'll be responsible for: Maintaining a constant customer focus by working with customers, team members, and third parties to find solutions consistent with customer needs, business objectives, and relevant legislation Effectively manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, providing high levels of customer service Processing and completing work allocated within required timeframes, ensuring no errors occur Proactively work within a team environment and actively contribute to team goals, assisting other team members, supporting a positive working environment and team morale About you: Extensive experience working with Victorian Workers Compensation Legislation or equivalent Experience and/or familiarity with MS Office, ACCtion, Novus, and Outlook technology involving data entry Demonstrates enthusiasm and ability to deliver high quality services and positive customer experiences Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy whilst identifying errors and/or inconsistencies What's on offer: Be part of a team that's open minded, supportive and genuinely focused on customer outcomes A sense of belonging in the workplace, where you are welcomed and encouraged to bring your most authentic self to work An employer that is committed to supporting your work/life balance and is always open to conversations about flexible and remote working Access to over 10,000 on-demand learning resources and programs, to support you in taking control of your career development insurance products.
