About Us Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) is a wonderful place to expand your career and grow your skills and knowledge.
As a recognised leader in the healthcare industry, we provide a range of public health services to the Nepean and Blue Mountains and Lithgow Region.Our District is seeking to engage qualified Physiotherapist to join our Short Term Staffing Pool.
The Short Term Staffing Pool Physiotherapist provides assistance and support to the delivery of an efficient and high-quality service to patients and clients of Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD).
This will include working in allied health discipline specific services across the continuum of care to support business as usual clinical areas and delivery of allied health services to the COVID-19 population.
Recruits to the Short Team Staff Pool will need to be willing to work across multiple sites/facilities within NBMLHD to support service continuity in response to demand due to the need to surge and backfill allied health workforce.We invite you to share your skills and experience in shaping the success of your local health community.

What you will bring to the role: Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy and current National Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) Ability to provide high quality clinical services across a broad range of clinical areas.
Demonstrated post graduate clinical experience in a health care.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritise workloads, work independently and within and inter-professional team environment.
Demonstrated high level of organisational and time management skills.
Record of ongoing professional development.
Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or Access).
Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
