Your Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within our organisation.
Your expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder management, and documentation will be crucial in driving the achievement of project objectives and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget while adhering to the Bank's high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Minimum Requirements Minimum of 3 years in similar role or equivalent essential Application of Agile, (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall Project Management Methodologies.
Solid understanding of the banking industry, supporting structures and technology infrastructure Strong ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels of the organisation Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Sound technical specification writing/documentation skills Strong customer service focus Fantastic stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution Passionate self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment Problem solver who can operate under pressure Superior time management skills and commitment to timelines allow you to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Agile, (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall Project Management certifications Financial services sector experience is preferred Experience with toolsets including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365 applications would be advantageous Benefits Working with Australian Military Bank will provide you access to a great range of benefits including:
