We are New Farm Seafood, situated in the heart of New Farm, and we are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our family. We have a Fresh Seafood Market where we sell freshly filleted fish, seafood, ready-to-eat meals, and also a full À la carte busy Kitchen.Responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:Maintain a high standard of customer service and taking ordersRespond and resolve customers' complaints or issuesResponsible for managing staff and setting out rostersHire, train, assist, and supervise staff in daily activities and proceduresOrganise and manage reservations and special eventsSupervise the daily operationsEnsure cleanliness throughout the restaurantMaintain an adequate stock level of all products used in the restaurant and various for saleImprove sales and efficiency of the businessAbout you:Must have an RSA and Food Safety certificateAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidaysStrong work ethic, with a self-starter attitudeFriendly, positive attitude and team playerPassion for hospitality and a proactive approach to grow and improve our businessThis position is open to applications and expressions of interest for a minimum of 28 days from the date of publication.
