We're looking for awesome Restaurant Managers to join the team at Grill'd restaurants across Brisbane CBD & surrounding suburbs
A day in the life of a Grill'd Manager means you'll be: Leading and motivating 20-50 team members to drive sales growth and build engagement within your restaurantWorking closely with our Growth Coaches, you will ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard, which includes weekly responsibilities such as rostering, recruiting, stock management, and restaurant complianceThis is a people-focused role where you will be empowered to support your team members' development, both personally and professionally through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and creating talent pipelines for promotionsManaging business financials including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIsOwnership of our local matters program for your restaurant by engaging with your local community groups to make a differenceWhat we look for? Previous leadership experience, managing a team of 20+ within hospitality/entertainment venues - this could be QSR, Hotels, Bars, Pubs, Cafes, Cinemas and anything in betweenProven experience leading from the front and creating high-performing and engaged teamsYou're great with numbers and have an analytical mindset with experience managing budgets, KPI's, and generating reports and opportunities for sales growthYou're organised and love a high-energy working environment, where no two days are the same; you bring positive vibes and are passionate about the hospitality industrySomeone who prides themselves on a customer-first approach and empowers their team to do the sameWhy Grill'd?
