The role day to day
You'll join as a leader in the business with the intention of helping take this group from small to medium to large.
It's growth for good reason, not 'growth for growth's sake'.
This is a well known brand in Australia with vast potential for greater market share.
You'll manage a portfolio of key developer clients.
You'll have worked with these tier one developers before in a Project Management capacity.
You'll also nurture and help other staff in their development.

This civil engineering firm was established over 30 years ago.
A highly reputable Australian group; they are known for their work in the greenfield sub-divisions sector.
Their close relationships with clients, forged over time and built on trust, puts them in a great position - whilst they are 'small' (40 staff), they are mighty.
