Job DescriptionLead Architect / Principal Architect
As a Lead Architect / Principal Architect, you will be responsible for leading technology cases or the technology modules within a BCG case/project to solve our clients' problems.
You will work on a variety of tech/digital topics, applying specialty/generalist consulting skills to strategic digital & technology questions.
Partner with clients to understand their issues, define IT strategies, architecture solutions, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with BCGers to transform client potential into performance.
Requirements10-15+ years' experience in a strategy, management or technology consultancy;Digital/technology and/or industry experience;Senior Technology Leader/Senior Manager/Director - Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in:Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program/project delivery ideally with SAP (albeit open to Oracle, Microsoft);Core system modernisation / systems of record experience in Banking/Financial Institutions;In depth knowledge of architecting solutions at an enterprise scale;Experience leading high performing technology case/project/delivery teams;Driving presales/BD, proposal development through to Executive C-suite client presentations;Credible technology leader with a passion for capability build, driving, developing and publishing thought leadership articles;Thrive in a hypothesis-led environment and ability to frame strategic challenges from a digital/tech perspective;Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and conceptual thinking;Excellent communication, story-lining, client facing and consulting skills;Commercial/strategic mindset, presence and senior gravitas;Enterprise architectural frameworks and methods including TOGAF and/or related certifications;Bachelors degree preferably in an IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline;MBA, Masters or Ph D will be highly regarded;Flexibility to travel within A/NZ, Asia Pacific and globally as required.About BCGAt BCG, we offer multiple career paths for the world's best talent to have a real impact on business and society.
