Mechanical Services Estimator

We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Services Estimator looking to join our client focused consulting team in Sydney.
The candidate will need to have a proven track record in an estimating role and demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role.
The Mechanical Services Estimator will be responsible for carrying out and delivering both pre and post contract estimating duties, and a commitment to delivering customer service excellence and good commercial results is key.
We are keen to hear from candidates with:
5+ years of demonstrated mechanical services estimating for construction projects Knowledge of standards and codes for mechanical services Willingness to upskill and learn about costing of other building installations e.g.
hydraulics A combination of strong estimating, technical skills and practical knowledge Established relationships with designers, contractors and suppliers In-depth understanding of all types of design principles and solutions in buildings including practical site knowledge Ability to complete estimates based on incomplete design documentation The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a project team Excellent communication skills and an ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships Significant working experience in Australia Eligibility to work in Australia The Mechanical Services Estimator will be responsible for carrying out and delivering both pre and post contract estimating duties, including but not limited to:
