Comfort Resort Port Macquarie are looking to grow our reception team.
The Role:
You will be responsible for all areas of Front Office Reception with tasks including but not limited to:
Servicing the queries and needs of our in-house guests.
Responding to accommodation enquiries & processing reservations.
Welcoming guests to the property and performing check-ins & check-out procedures.
Maintaining accurate guest accounts & guest history.
Delivering a high level of professional customer service.
Ensuring all aspects of front office/reception run smoothly.
Opening Reception (AM Shift) and Closing Reception (PM Shift).
General day-to-day office and administrative duties.
We are searching for an individual who:
Experience within the accommodation industry and understands hotel reservation systems is an advantage; however, it is not required.
Demonstrates the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
Is comfortable in a service environment and has face-to-face customer service experience.
Has exceptional communication (written and oral) and sound computer skills.
Has a friendly personality with ambition to succeed and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Is enthusiastic and reliable with a professional work ethic.
Is willing to work alone as well as part of a small team.
Displays a passion for excellent customer service.
This is a Casual Position over a 7-day roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
In addition, applicants must be immaculately presented (uniform provided).
