We are looking for Lead Educators who: have a true passion for Early Childhood Education & Care will nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children's learning are looking for a fun and meaningful career with a chance to grow Our Lead Educators work closely with our Leadership Team and lead our Assistant Educator team to create and deliver educational programs and practices that supports children's learning and development.
It is required that you record children's progress, routines and interests as well as ensure compliance with routines, policies, processes, and practices. At Sparrow Early Learning Murrumbeena we strongly believe in children learning through play in natural environments and having choices of kinesthetic, visual and verbal learning.
We are committed to the care and education of every child and believe the early years are a unique and important stage of a child's life. What you'll need: Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Minimum 1 years experience in a current Lead Educator role Monday to Friday working availability - these positions are 5 days a week Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Current & Valid Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
