Your role
Join the Dulux team in Rocklea, QLD as a Production Scheduler and work with our close-knit team and the wider site to ensure we produce the right quantities of our speciality paint and solvent products each day.
Reporting to the Planning Manager, you'll be responsible for the production planning activities for 1900+ SKUs made at Rocklea.
This includes creating detailed production schedules based on the plant's capabilities and maintaining product master data to reflect production routings.
Day to day you'll be:
Setting the manufacturing schedule for the site Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure plans are achievable Updating and modifying production plan as changes arise Inventory management of stock levels around our national network of distribution centres Maintaining material Master Data and carrying out weekly reporting Multi-skilling around other planning roles to support the team when needed Benefits

This role will see you liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, so you'll need to have great communication skills, a resilient attitude and be a positive team player to succeed.
You'll also be driven to achieve and keen to learn.
To be successful you must effectively maintain production planning activities in line with achieving the results required by the business, focusing on safety, quality, cost and on time delivery.In addition you'll need to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the plant by supporting and improving systems and processes used for production planning.
Other key skills and experience include:
Experience within a manufacturing environment or similar will be highly advantageous Production scheduling experience is essential Tech savvy – ideally ERP systems (SAP/SAP IBP) and MS Excel A tertiary qualification within Engineering, IT, Science or Supply Chain will be highly advantageous In return you'll be part of a complex and challenging environment where you'll be supported to grow your skills and develop your career alongside a team of professionals.
