Our Supply Chain is the heart of our success and is driven by our passionate, innovative people.Your roleJoin the Dulux team in Rocklea, QLD as a Production Scheduler and work with our close-knit team and the wider site to ensure we produce the right quantities of our speciality paint and solvent products each day.Reporting to the Planning Manager, you'll be responsible for the production planning activities for 1900+ SKUs made at Rocklea.
This includes creating detailed production schedules based on the plant's capabilities and maintaining product master data to reflect production routings.Day to day you'll be:Setting the manufacturing schedule for the siteWorking closely with key stakeholders to ensure plans are achievableUpdating and modifying production plan as changes ariseInventory management of stock levels around our national network of distribution centresMaintaining material Master Data and carrying out weekly reportingMulti-skilling around other planning roles to support the team when neededBenefitsEnjoy comprehensive, holistic health and well-being support, including our Wellbeing Hub and full EAP supportLet us cover the gap for you, employees with private health insurance extras cover can claim up to $1000 out of pocket gap costs annuallyGive back to the communities in which we live and work, with our "Community Action Day" and other programs20 weeks paid parental leave (primary carers) and 2 weeks paid partner leave available from the first day you start working with usSkills and ExperienceThis role will see you liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, so you'll need to have great communication skills, a resilient attitude and be a positive team player to succeed.
