Total Remuneration Package $210,061 to $234,164 pa

About the role
In this pivotal leadership role, you will guide and support a group of teaching teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and training that meets the needs of our students.
You will play a key part in shaping and enhancing the student experience, fostering a culture of excellence across the Faculty/Branch.
Your leadership will enable the Faculty/Branch to achieve its objectives by ensuring alignment with the overarching goals of the Learning and Teaching Group plan.
By working closely with educators and key stakeholders, you will contribute to continuous improvement in teaching standards, student outcomes, and overall academic performance.
About You
You will play a key role in implementing the Learning and Teaching Group plan, ensuring strong leadership across the Faculty/Branch while delivering an outstanding learning experience for our students.
Your expertise in educational and technical strategy will be essential as you provide advice on the effective delivery of education and training programs.
You will identify opportunities to enhance the student experience, drive continuous improvement, and ensure teaching and learning outcomes are maximized.
Your commitment to promoting innovative learning strategies will help meet the diverse needs of our learners, including those facing disadvantage, ensuring that all students have access to high-quality education and support.
