Diploma-level Early Childhood Education Qualification (minimum required) 5+ Years' Experience in Early Childhood Education (preferably long day care) 1+ Year of Management Experience in a childcare setting Passionate about the Reggio Emilia approach and inspired to bring it to life in your work Knowledgeable in the EYLF and NQS standards Trained in First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis care Possessing a Working with Children Check and mandatory reporting certifications Australian Working Rights Ready to make a difference and step into an exciting future in early childhood leadership?
