The summer festival season is here, and Trident Services is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Casual Event Security Officers to join our team
If you're passionate about creating safe, enjoyable experiences and want to work with top-tier events across Brisbane, we want you on our team.
As an industry leader in security and cleaning services, we take pride in delivering proactive and well-managed services to our clients.
Both weekday and weekend shifts are available, so you can gain valuable experience, and expand your professional network while being part of exciting events
What You'll Do: Keep the Event Safe: Create a secure and welcoming environment for guests and clients.Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist attendees, answer questions, and ensure everyone enjoys a positive experience.Manage Risks: Spot and report potential risks to keep everything running smoothly.Communicate Like a Pro: Use your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and the team.Resolve Issues with Ease: Handle conflicts calmly and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption to the event.Know Your Stuff: Be familiar with emergency procedures and respond swiftly when needed.Key Selection Criteria: Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.Current Queensland Security License with Crowd Control Function.RSA Certification (or willingness to obtain).Availability for New Year's Eve (December 31, 2024), other dates available December and JanuaryStrong communication skillsIncident management experience and reporting skills.A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Why Join Us?
