Due to our success and business growth, we are seeking a curious and detail-oriented BOQ Estimator who is passionate about delivering high-quality BOQ estimating across our diverse and evolving range.
The ideal candidate has BOQ Estimating experience within residential construction (Volume or Custom homes).
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:Accurately complete material guides, BOQs and Mini Bills within agreed timeframesEnsure all Estimating and Construction methods and standards are maintainedProvide upkeep and maintenance of all systems and documentation as requestedRespond and manage all internal and external client queriesWork as part of a team to create a cohesive and productive environmentTo be successful, you will possess:Experience working in a similar role in the volume home building industryTertiary qualifications in building/construction or trade backgroundExperience working with Databuild/Dynamics, Framework or similar (preferable but not essential)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAttention to detailCommitment to qualityCarlisle perksAs a named Great Place to Work (not once, but three times)
