Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines.
Each day, you will deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation.
You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Service located in Moorebank, NSW.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points.Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform.Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers.Qualifications for the roleElectrical licenseMinimum 2-4 years industry experience preferably with Switchgear SkillsComputer literate being familiar with Microsoft and WindowsAbility to amicably negotiate and provide good customer serviceMore about usABB's Service Division partners with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability and sustainability of electrical products and installations.

Salary: $90,000 + Superannuation
