Join us....Qualifications, Experience and Personal AttributesAs a Client Service Specialist, you will be a critical point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
The role focuses on setting up and managing customer inquiries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in relation to mobile, internet, and voice services and associated hardware enquiries.
We are looking for someone with:2-5 years experience in supporting business client on boarding in telecommunications products such as Cloud PBX, SIP, Mobile and Internet.Customer service background within technical support roles, with some experience in Account Management seen as an asset.Experience working in ticketing systems is essential, with Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM experience highly regarded.Fantastic communication skills and attention to detail are a must
A professional approach, confident manner and positive response to change are essential.Candidates with a big picture mindset, focused on continuous improvement for both the client and the business, will excel.
Tasks & ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and timely manner.Provide accurate information regarding telecommunications products, service plans, features, and billing.Advise and educate customers on ways to enhance service performance and troubleshoot common issues independently.Assist customers with porting and setting up new mobile, internet, and voice services, coordinating with other internal and external technical teams, where required, to ensure timely and seamless service activation.Guide customers through initial setups, ensuring they understand how to use their services effectively.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service activations, and account changes in the Workflow and CRM system, and were applicable, other systems.Provide feedback to internal teams on recurring issues and potential improvements to processes or services.Work closely with all other teams in Pennytel and Channel Partner to ensure a cohesive customer experience.Work within existing business systems, but be willing to learn new systems and products as Pennytel expands through acquisition and organic growth.
