SummitCare are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accommodation Manager to provide support, leadership, program development, and supervision of our Manager of Accommodation services located in St Marys.
Role ResponsibilitiesCatering managementLaundry managementProperty managementWork, Health and Safety championRecruitment of staffShift managementReporting responsibilitiesStrong Finance experience in aged careEnsuring legislative complianceExcellent customer service and sales backgroundRoom presentation, managing housekeeping, and maintenance of the homeRequirementsMinimum 5 years proven leadership in health, particularly client/case management, quality management, incident management, and resolutionWorking in an Aged care environmentKnowledge of the changing environment in the health sector, including funding, supplier market, and emerging trends in service deliveryExemplary customer service skills.
Demonstrated experience in holistic customer care needs, team development, delegation, and mentoring skillsAn understanding of, and commitment to, continuous quality improvement and organisational changeAbility to meet deadlines; handling volumes of competing priorities and confidential matters whilst displaying discipline, discretion, and integrityHighly developed organisational skills, ability to maintain attention to detail whilst multi-taskingA high level of computer literacy with extensive experience in Microsoft Office and electronic data management systemsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports using clear, concise language that is appropriate for the intended audienceCommercial acumen to develop strategies that create business growthExcellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in dealing with sensitive information and adverse eventsParticipate in networking and regularly undertake continuous professional developmentDemonstrate an understanding of workplace health and safetyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
