The Role As Campaign Administration & Advertising Coordinator , you will be responsible to delivering excellent?administration and campaign marketing services to support a leading real estate sales team.

About You You have a proven track record working in a busy administration role and portray a friendly, confident and can do attitude.
Experience working within a real estate sales environment is required - preference will be given to those with campaign/client management experience.
As a highly effective and efficient administrator with exceptional attention to detail, your positive energy and excellent verbal and written communication skills will be recognised and rewarded.
You will be comfortable with working to deadlines, providing exceptional customer service to our clients throughout the advertising campaign and upholding Marshall White's values.
We would love you to have Real Estate administration and advertising experience Outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a highly successful sales team Exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated capability of managing and delivering multiple tasks within strict deadlines Initiative, can do attitude and a calming presence Previous experience with Box + Dice preferred but not essential Benefits of joining our team Marshall White has a highly engaged team with great people coming together to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
