Your New Role As the Advertising Specialist, you'll be at the heart of both planning and executing our marketing strategy, which includes campaign management, email marketing, content creation, social media management, paid performance, and managing our website.
You'll develop and execute strategies across the full marketing funnel, from increasing brand awareness to driving customer acquisition and retention.
Your work will directly contribute to our brand's growth, with measurable outcomes across all channels, including paid marketing, email marketing, our website and content marketing.
This is a dynamic role that requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organisational skills who can juggle multiple projects, is passionate about building brands and has a growth mindset.
You'll be a core member of the team who is excited to think deeply and strategically about our brand, though recognising our size you'll also be responsible for execution, with support from a performance agency and content creators.
Your Day to Day Develop and implement our advertising and marketing strategy to drive sales growth and customer engagementManagement of paid media strategy in collaboration with digital agenciesExecute marketing strategy across all brand touch points, including website, email, organic content and paid mediaPlan and execute creative marketing campaigns and product launchesResponsible for storyboarding and managing creative for paid mediaCreate and manage our email campaign & flow strategy, from planning through to optimisation in alignment with marketing objectives and seasonal storytellingWebsite management on Shopify, with content uploads, merchandising and reportingWhat You Need Marketing-related tertiary education5-7 years of relevant experience, across advertising, marketing, ecommerce, communications, email and content marketingProven track record of delivering successful campaigns and measurable results.
You will be skilled in advertising campaign planning, execution and management of analytics and optimisationAn understanding of performance media funnelsAnalytical skills to interpret metrics, and optimise to drive sales and increase conversionExcellent communication and organisational skills, for both independent and team-based workStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong experience across email and content marketing, with strong copywriting skills.Previous experience in a D2C/Ecommerce businessBasic design skills to create engaging marketing materialsGenuine passion for the outdoors and alignment with our brand missionFamiliarity with reporting tools, including GA4Why Join Amble Ownership over your work, from concept to executionHigh growth business, with growth and development opportunitiesFriendly, supportive culture where your opinion and experience is valuedWork in a sustainable, woman owned and operated small businessCentral Richmond location, accessible via public transportFlexible working arrangements to support work/life balance; 4 days in office once onboarded pending experienceCompetitive salary of $80,000 to $85,000 + Superannuation - pending on experienceTo Apply This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
