The Paid Social Specialist plays a crucial role in executing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns.
This position is responsible for the implementation, analysis, and strategic alignment of campaigns, driving the success of Paid Social initiatives.
As the Paid Social Specialist you will:
Support Paid Social Campaign Execution: Execute and assist in the implementation of paid social campaigns, contributing to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management.Client Support and Task Coordination: Assist Account Managers in managing day-to-day client interactions and task execution to maintain smooth workflow.Utilize Reporting Tools and Analytics: Utilize reporting, analytics, and trend tools for generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, contributing insights and recommendations.Support Campaign Setup and Optimization: Assist in campaign setup tasks such as target development, creative testing, and basic bid and budget management.Task Prioritization and Performance Tracking: Prioritize tasks effectively, track campaign results, perform data analysis, and actively engage in client communications.Contribute to Process Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to propose process improvements contributing to the team's overall success.Assist in Strategy Fulfillment: Aid in meeting client strategy by supporting the creation of deliverables and contributing to data-driven recommendations.Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.2 years of experience in Paid Social or relevant roles, demonstrating a deeper understanding of campaign execution and optimization.Familiarity with Paid Social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., or other advertising platforms.Advanced proficiency in analytics tools for interpreting and analyzing campaign performance data.Keen attention to detail in campaign setup, keyword research, and ad copy creation.Excellent communication skills, fostering effective collaboration within the team.Exceptional organizational abilities managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and spreadsheet software.Adaptability to new technologies and industry changes, maintaining a continuous learning mindset.Strong problem-solving skills to identify campaign issues and propose effective optimizations.Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting members and contributing to campaign success.Competencies:
Advanced Campaign Management Skills: Ability to independently execute and manage Paid Social campaigns, including setup, optimization, and budget management.Advanced Analytical Proficiency: Proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign strategies.Advanced Keyword Research and Optimization Capability: Capability to conduct comprehensive keyword research, analyze search trends, and optimize keyword selection for advanced campaign performance.Advanced Ad Copy Crafting and Testing: Proficiency in crafting compelling ad copies, conducting A/B tests, and refining copywriting strategies to significantly enhance ad performance.Deep Understanding of Paid Social Principles: In-depth knowledge of Paid Social advertising principles, advanced bid strategies, and adeptness with bidding platforms to maximize ROI.Impeccable Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail during campaign setup, continuous monitoring of metrics, and precise adjustments ensuring accuracy and alignment with campaign objectives.Advanced Communication Skills: Superior communication skills enabling clear articulation of ideas, providing updates, and collaborating effectively based on advanced campaign performance insights.Expert Time Management Abilities: Mastery in managing multiple tasks, effectively prioritizing workload, and consistently meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Advanced Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Proven ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies, tools, and changes in the digital advertising landscape, maintaining a high standard of continuous learning.Expert Problem-Solving Proficiency: Advanced capacity to identify campaign issues or inefficiencies and implement effective solutions or optimizations to significantly improve overall performance.Enhanced Team Collaboration Skills: Advanced aptitude in collaborating within a team, providing expert support to colleagues, and making substantial contributions to the success of Paid Social initiatives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
